About Scarborough Foundation
July 2nd 2021, Scarborough Family Support was founded by Princess Onerhime Obukofe at a time Families were affected due to global effect of Covid-19. A clarion call to serve families were in dire need of support’.
Working as a Personal Support Worker gave me a great drive and passion to support seniors more.
Someday we all will also be seniors who will need someone to walk us through life when our strength is failing.

The purpose of Scarborough Family Support Program is to ensure that families are affected positively by supporting the elderly especially those who live alone by cleaning their homes and giving companionship, engaging the children with various activities like sports, tutoring, nurturing and lot more, supporting the youth with different types of trainings to ensure a better future because they are the leaders of tomorrow, empowering women through trainings, job and business opportunities, the men are not left out of job opportunities and trainings, Couples Trainings and Seminars, when parents are bonded possibility of raising great children are sure.
We promote partnership with families, and the community at large, because it is through partnership that we create a community where our society can succeed.
We take pride in providing culturally competent services and embracing cultural differences in everything we do as we do believe in every family’s right to self determination. We increase our families’ capacity for self-sufficiency by providing supportive services, building on strengths, enhancing life skills, and strengthening community linkages.
Our Mission
Our mission is to care, serve and nurture children, youth, giving services to the Elderly, Empowering Women, Singles and Couples to keep families healthy and intact.
Our Vision
Our focused mandate is to provide home-based and community-based support to elderly/seniors, children, youth, women and men especially those who are really in need of these support.
Our Management
The Board of Directors are committed to supporting our mission. Our board members serve without compensation, and the work of the committees on which they serve plays an integral role in our ongoing development.

Princess is a Personal Support Worker, an Administrator, a Safety Officer and board member in a non profit organization .
Princess Onerhime Obukofe has the following qualifications:
- MBA (Masters in Business Administration)
- PGDBA (Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration)
- Msc in Business Management
- Certificate in Personal Support Worker
- Diploma in CSW (Community Support Worker) and other Certifications.
